I have previously been in your shoes - a victim of diet culture and disordered eating, chasing diet after diet with the hopes that it would bring me happiness.
My mission is to educate as many women as possible so they can break free just like I did. I'm extremely passionate about helping women tap into their own innate power to treat their body with compassion, respect and nourishment.

This course really embodies the true meaning of holistic health and healing. You can eat all the vegetables in the world, but if you don't look after your nervous system, mental and emotional health, you won't be 'healthy'.
For years, we've been taught to shrink ourselves, to forbid pleasure and to objectify our bodies - this ends here.
Learning how to optimise portion control, eat intuitively, regulate hunger & fullness and neutralise language used with food is the new era.
Learning how to eat inclusively - that is, including nutrients and enjoyment - is the new era.
