Unfortunately I see the impact toxic diet culture has on women all the time, ...

  • Feeling ashamed to eat what you want in front of others

  • Punishing your body with restrictive eating and/or excessive exercise

  • Lacking trust in yourself to eat intuitively and mindfully

  • Conflicted by what's actually healthy due to a lack of knowledge

  • Feeling at war with your body

  • Struggling with emotional and/or binge eating

  • Objectifying your body, criticising it with a tone of disgust

  • Not feeling confident enough to get in pictures

  • Hormone imbalances and digestive issues

Just because this is the common experience of many women, doesn't mean you need to accept it as your experience. Although you may feel lost, like peace with food is out of reach for you, there are simple concepts you can learn and implement that will transform your life to set yourself free.

Let me introduce myself

How o Heal you Relationship With Food by Orla Swan The Health Hun

Hi! I'm Orla Swan, known online as The Health Hun.

I help women shift from surviving to thriving.

Specialising in:

🌸 Relationship with food & body image

🌸 PCOS and Hormones

🌸 IBS and Gut health

🧠 Trauma Informed Practitioner

🎙 Host of The Health Hun Podcast.

My qualifications include; BSc. Biotechnology, Certified Nutritionist, Trauma & Resilience Life Coaching Certification and Reiki Practitioner.

I have previously been in your shoes - a victim of diet culture and disordered eating, chasing diet after diet with the hopes that it would bring me happiness.

My mission is to educate as many women as possible so they can break free just like I did. I'm extremely passionate about helping women tap into their own innate power to treat their body with compassion, respect and nourishment.

I've curated this transformational course from my client's everyday experiences over the past 3 years, so you just know there is going to be so much value in each module.

Here's what they had to say:

"One thing I’ve realised is that nourishing my body is vital, which is my main focus now. I think about food from a more loving place now, very very rarely filled with fear"

"I look back and think about how uncomfortable I felt around food, I felt so restricted due to my fear of gaining weight. Now I feel free and at peace as I understand how to eat to support my body"

"Eating out, I have no guilt as I make the best choices I can. Usually I would be consumed with guilt and feeling out of control, berating myself for eating ‘bad’ food, but now I eat until I am full and leave food on the plate"

"My relationship with food and myself is better than ever and I'm so confident now."

I didn't stop studying after my science & nutrition qualifications. I've been studying trauma, the nervous system and human behaviour so that my client's transformations are much deeper - on a neurological level and long lasting.

In this course, I walk you through 8 weeks of learning the science and unlearning the bullshit that diet and fitness culture has brainwashed us into believing.

It's through this educational content and the tools I've created, you will feel well equipped with the steps needed to heal your relationship with food.

You might have tried different diets, maybe even different coaches or fitness challenges and you're losing trust and patience.

There is a better way to get there. Introducing...

This course really embodies the true meaning of holistic health and healing. You can eat all the vegetables in the world, but if you don't look after your nervous system, mental and emotional health, you won't be 'healthy'.

For years, we've been taught to shrink ourselves, to forbid pleasure and to objectify our bodies - this ends here.

Learning how to optimise portion control, eat intuitively, regulate hunger & fullness and neutralise language used with food is the new era.

Learning how to eat inclusively - that is, including nutrients and enjoyment - is the new era.

Learning how to navigate body image and negative self-talk is the new era.

And none of this is complicated, we just haven't been shown how.
